Nine years building production-grade AI systems for enterprises taught me one consistent lesson: the companies that extracted the most value from AI were the ones that owned their data pipeline end-to-end. The ones that surrendered their data to cloud platforms were, over time, building someone else's competitive advantage.
I founded Swaraj Software Labs to give family-owned and owner-operated businesses access to the same infrastructure that large enterprises build internally — without the internal engineering team required to build it.
