PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: July 7, 2026  ·  Effective: July 7, 2026

Swaraj Software Labs is a privacy-first company. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate this site and will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.

1. Who We Are

Swaraj Software Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website swarajsoftwarelabs.com and provides private, self-hosted AI integration services for businesses. Our registered contact is: [email protected]

2. Information We Collect

We collect two categories of information:

A. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

  • Email address — when you register via magic link or LinkedIn OAuth
  • LinkedIn profile data — name, profile photo, and email address, provided by LinkedIn when you choose to sign in with it
  • Any messages or inquiries you send us directly

B. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

  • Server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps. Stored for up to 30 days for security purposes
  • Cookies — session authentication tokens managed by Supabase Auth. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

  • Create and manage your account on this platform
  • Authenticate your identity on return visits
  • Send transactional emails (magic link sign-in, account notices)
  • Respond to inquiries you send us
  • Maintain the security and integrity of our services
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data to train AI models, build advertising profiles, or sell insights to any third party.

4. LinkedIn Sign-In

When you choose to sign in with LinkedIn, you are redirected to LinkedIn's authorisation page. Swaraj Software Labs receives only the profile data you consent to share — typically your name, primary email address, and profile photo. We do not receive your LinkedIn password, connections, messages, or any data beyond the consented scope.

LinkedIn's own privacy practices are governed by the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored in Supabase (supabase.com), a managed Postgres service hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the US-East region. Supabase encrypts data at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.2+ and AES-256 encryption.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following sub-processors to operate this website:

  • Supabase — authentication and database (supabase.com/privacy)
  • LinkedIn — OAuth sign-in (linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy)
  • Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy)
  • Amazon Web Services — cloud infrastructure (aws.amazon.com/privacy)

Each sub-processor is bound by their own privacy commitments. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection — object to processing of your data for certain purposes
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

This site uses only functional cookies required for authentication. Specifically, a Supabase session cookie is set when you sign in to maintain your logged-in state. No advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies are used.

You may disable cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent you from signing in to the platform.

9. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.
